Workspace

class ansys.result_explorer.core.Workspace(pb_obj: PBType, client: Client)

Represents a workspace with viewports and solutions.

Methods

Workspace.assign_view(view[, wait])	Assign a view to the first viewport in this workspace.
Workspace.create_viewport(viewport, ...)	Create a new viewport as a child of the given viewport.
Workspace.delete_viewport(viewport)	Delete a viewport from this workspace.
Workspace.exit_fullscreen()	Exit fullscreen mode.
Workspace.export_as_template(path)	Save this workspace as a template file.
Workspace.import_from_template(client, path, ...)	Create a workspace by importing a template file.
Workspace.set_fullscreen_viewport(viewport)	Set a viewport to fullscreen mode.

Attributes

Workspace.fullscreen_viewport_id	ID of the viewport in fullscreen mode, or empty string if none.
Workspace.id	Unique identifier.
Workspace.layout	Arrangement of the viewports in this workspace.
Workspace.name	Human-readable name.
Workspace.sync_camera	Whether camera synchronization is enabled.
Workspace.sync_legend	Whether legend synchronization is enabled.
Workspace.sync_probe_entity	Whether probe entity synchronization is enabled.
Workspace.sync_probe_location	Whether probe location synchronization is enabled.
Workspace.sync_time_freq	Whether time/frequency synchronization is enabled.
Workspace.viewport_ids	List of viewport IDs in this workspace.
Workspace.viewports	List viewports in this workspace.
