Position of a viewport inside a workspace layout.

ViewportPlacement.viewport	Viewport placed at this position.
ViewportPlacement.row	Zero-based index of the topmost row occupied by the viewport.
ViewportPlacement.column	Zero-based index of the leftmost column occupied by the viewport.
ViewportPlacement.row_span	Number of rows the viewport spans.
ViewportPlacement.column_span	Number of columns the viewport spans.
ViewportPlacement.x	Left edge of the viewport, as a fraction of the workspace width.
ViewportPlacement.y	Top edge of the viewport, as a fraction of the workspace height.
ViewportPlacement.width	Viewport width, as a fraction of the workspace width.
ViewportPlacement.height	Viewport height, as a fraction of the workspace height.
